Scope of Services
Parole Packet Solutions provides administrative document preparation, formatting, and organizational services based on information supplied by the client during intake.
Services are limited to the scope of the package selected and confirmed prior to payment. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or parole advocacy.
Included Revisions
Revisions are intended to ensure accuracy and clarity of information provided during the initial intake.
Revisions may include:
- Clarifying wording based on intake responses
- Correcting factual errors provided by the client
- Adjusting formatting or structure for clarity
Revisions do not include rewriting documents due to changes in direction, new information submitted after completion, or requests that materially alter the original scope.
What Revisions Do Not Include
Revisions do not include:
- Rewriting narratives due to new documents or information submitted after drafting
- Changing tone, strategy, or narrative direction after review
- Adding new sections, letters, or documents not included in the original package
- Reworking documents due to changes in parole eligibility, review dates, or personal circumstances
Requests outside the original scope may require an additional service or add-on.
Package Scope Boundaries
Each service package includes a defined level of preparation:
- Basic Package includes limited narrative preparation and formatting within a narrow scope
- Standard Package includes structured narrative development and organizational support
- Advanced Package includes offense-specific language requiring additional care and review
Requests that exceed the selected package scope may require an upgrade or additional service.
Additional Requests
Additional services, expanded revisions, or new documents requested after completion are not included in the original package price.
If additional work is requested, Parole Packet Solutions will:
- Explain available options
- Provide pricing, if applicable
- Require confirmation before proceeding
Policy Acceptance
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Revision & Scope Policy.
