Payment Policy
1. Payment Timing
Payment is collected after intake review and service confirmation.
Work does not begin until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are issued electronically via Square.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payment through:
- Square (credit/debit cards and eligible electronic payment methods)
Payment links are provided directly on invoices. We do not accept payment through the website without prior intake review.
3. Partial Payments
Partial payments may be accepted at our discretion and must be arranged in advance.
All services must be paid in full before final documents are delivered.
Refund Policy
4. Nature of Services
Parole Packet Solutions provides administrative document preparation, formatting, and organizational services only.
We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or parole advocacy, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Because services involve time, labor, and custom preparation based on client-provided information, refunds are limited as outlined below.
5. Refund Eligibility
Before Work Begins
- If a client cancels before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.
After Work Has Begun
- Once document preparation or editing has started, refunds are not available.
- This includes drafting, restructuring, formatting, or reviewing client-provided materials.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Client dissatisfaction with parole outcomes or decisions
- Changes in parole review dates or eligibility
- Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client
- Requests for services outside the original agreed scope
- Decisions by the parole board or any correctional authority
Revisions Policy
7. Revisions
Revisions are limited to clarifying or correcting information provided during intake.
Revisions do not include:
- Rewriting documents due to new information submitted after completion
- Changes in personal narrative direction after draft approval
- Requests that alter the scope of the original service
Additional revisions or expanded requests may require an additional fee.
Chargebacks & Disputes
8. Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to contact Parole Packet Solutions directly with any questions or concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for services already rendered is considered a violation of this policy and may result in documentation being submitted to the payment processor.
Policy Acceptance
9. Agreement
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Refund Policy.
